My songwriting practice

I've been writing songs all my life. But lately I've been ramping up my songwriting, with a belief that I can bring some good to this world through my songs, and with an ambition to create memorable, catchy tunes, that will touch people and bring them together.

In 2022 I started participating in WeeklyBeats, an online music community and challenge to write a song every week for a year. I try to write about important topics, in a funny and engaging way, to let people think about things differently, and be surprised through introspective, thoughtful lyrics, as well as silly fun.

I've been focused on doing, and not so much on documenting properly, but I do record a lot and try to get better at it. So with that in mind, here's a selection of some of my songs.
